Update on Licensing System Issue

Attention CNC Simulator Pro Users:

We want to keep you informed about an issue some of our users with multi-seat licenses are currently experiencing. When the allocated client PCs (seats) for a multi-seat license have been fully utilized, users are encountering an incorrect error message stating that CNC Simulator Pro cannot connect to the server.

The correct message in this scenario should be:
“Max number of clients started.”

We understand the confusion this may cause and apologize for any inconvenience. Rest assured, our team is actively working on a solution to address this issue and ensure that the correct message is displayed in such cases moving forward.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we resolve this. We will keep you updated on our progress. If you have any concerns or need assistance in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.

Thank you for choosing CNC Simulator Pro!

Sincerely,
The CNC Simulator Pro Team

Big News: Overhauling Our Licensing System

At CNC Simulator Pro, we’re constantly striving to improve the user experience, and today we’re excited to share some behind-the-scenes updates that will make a big difference for our customers.

We’re working on a major overhaul of our licensing system. This update is designed to enhance the onboarding process, making it smoother and more intuitive, while addressing a key issue that some of you may have encountered: the misidentification of PC clients.

For a small number of our paying customers, these misidentifications have caused unnecessary frustrations by starting the software in free mode instead of recognizing the valid license. We’ve heard your feedback, and we’re taking action to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future.

Our goal is simple:

  1. Streamlined Licensing Experience – From setup to activation, the process will be more user-friendly and efficient.
  2. Greater Robustness – We’re implementing improvements to reduce errors and ensure your licenses are recognized reliably every time.

This update is part of our commitment to continuously improve CNC Simulator Pro and support your creativity and productivity.

Stay tuned for more information as we roll out these changes.

Thank you for your continued support! Together, we’re building a better CNC experience.
