Payment processing issues arose between 2Checkout (our payment gateway) and Mastercard, and we were notified that 2Checkout will shutdown MasterCard processing for an undefined period.
You can still use Mastercard, but it require checking out using PayPal.
This means that you may receive “billing attempt failed” errors when trying to renew your subscription.
As such we appreciate if you:
- Update your card information if you have an existing subscription and have used MasterCard for billing. 2Checkout will send you a link for that, and this needs to be done only when you want to use another card, otherwise no action is required from your end.
- If you are paying for a new subscription, use Visa or PayPal to buy Platinum Edition, if you want to use MasterCard anyway, then please use PayPal checkout method on 2Checkout, and link your MasterCard to PayPal.
Sadly we have no control over this issue, and like you are hoping that 2Checkout will resolve this issue with MasterCard, and normal operations will resume.
