Update on Licensing System Issue

Attention CNC Simulator Pro Users:

We want to keep you informed about an issue some of our users with multi-seat licenses are currently experiencing. When the allocated client PCs (seats) for a multi-seat license have been fully utilized, users are encountering an incorrect error message stating that CNC Simulator Pro cannot connect to the server.

The correct message in this scenario should be:
“Max number of clients started.”

We understand the confusion this may cause and apologize for any inconvenience. Rest assured, our team is actively working on a solution to address this issue and ensure that the correct message is displayed in such cases moving forward.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we resolve this. We will keep you updated on our progress. If you have any concerns or need assistance in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.

Thank you for choosing CNC Simulator Pro!

Sincerely,
The CNC Simulator Pro Team

Addressing Broken Links After Website Redesign

Hello CNC Community,

We hope you’re enjoying the new look and feel of our website. We’ve worked hard to make it more user-friendly, informative, and visually appealing. However, transitions are rarely smooth, and we’ve encountered some issues related to broken links, both in the simulator and in our emails.

The Problem

After the redesign, we discovered that some of the links in our old version of the CNC Simulator and in our emails were leading to 404 pages, creating a less than optimal experience for you.

The Solution

We’ve taken immediate steps to correct this. Specifically, we’ve set up URL redirects to ensure that even if a link is outdated, it will lead you to the correct, updated page. This applies to our main site, simulator, and any resources you might access via our emails.

We Need Your Help

While we believe we’ve addressed the majority of these issues, the reality is that some might still be out there. That’s where you come in. If you encounter a broken link, whether it’s on our website or in an email from us, we’d greatly appreciate it if you could report it to us. Your feedback is crucial for us to provide the best experience possible.

To report a broken link, you can reach us at Contact (cncsimulator.com).

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We’re committed to making CNC Simulator Pro the best resource it can be, and we couldn’t do it without your help.

Best Regards,
The CNC Simulator Pro Team
