Passwords
The CncSimulator.com password and the CncSimulator License password are stored and handled in different places. You may set them to the same word for convenience but you have to be aware that they are two different passwords.
The username for your CncSimulator Pro License account is the email address you used when you started the program the first time. You did also receive a password in an email.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from this page:
http://cncsimulator.com/ASP/ResetPassword.aspx
If you know your password but would like to change it, you can do it from this page:
http://cncsimulator.com/ASP/changepassword.aspx
Why do you need password and username for your licenses? This is because every time you want to install the CncSimulator on a new computer you might want to put that license under the same user account as you used the first time (it is easier to keep truck of one user account for both you and us). To do so, you need to login to be able to tie the new license to your license account.
Example:
License Account: Mikes mechanical workshop
License Account owner: Mike
License 1: computer at office.
License 2: laptop at home
License 3: computer in the workshop
As you can see, Mike has three computers. For each computer he need a license to be able to run the CncSimulator (free or paid does not matter).
Mikes login at CncSimulator.com is:
Username:
This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
password: mikethespike
Mikes login for his license account is:
Username:
This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
password: mikeCncSim123
Each time Mike want to install the CncSimulator on a new machine, he uses his license account username (his email) and password (mikeCncSim123).
Each time Mike want to refill petrol, he needs to login at CncSimulator.com and then uses mikethespike as password.
